This booking form together with your booking deposit secures a full newborn session with Studio Create. Upon your babies arrival, please urgently contact Studio Create on 0427 077 771 to advise of your baby's birth and a date will be booked in. I advise to place my number into your phone and to let me know when you are advising family of your birth as some months are extremely busy. Newborn sessions are best performed before 21 days of age, so please do not delay on letting me know 🙂 A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to confirm your session. This of course comes off your package pricing due on the day of your shoot. (1) ONE reschedule due to emergency/illness is acceptable due to extenuating circumstances ONLY. This deposit can be made by internet bank transfer. PLEASE USE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME AS REFERENCE. The cost of the HEARTSTRINGS, FULL newborn session is $695. For this fee, you will receive Studio Create's time and expertise for up to 4 hours, twenty-five (25) high-resolution digital files on USB, all 25 images professionally printed at 5 x7 inch enlargements, and a 12 x 8 inch matted, ready to frame enlargement. Your images will be placed in an online gallery for viewing and from there you can choose the image to be printed for your enlargement. Please do so within 7 days so I can order your enlargement for you. *** NOTE*** Images are chosen by Studio Create to keep costs reasonable for you. I have found Editing of large numbers of images is not only time consuming for me (which has to drive costs up for you) it is often too overwhelming for clients to choose. I want clients to have all of their best images and I ensure I pick you a great variety whilst making sure every edited image is of the highest standard (focus, lighting, facial expressions etc). My clients trust me to pick them the best. Edited images are generally available for viewing in the gallery at approximately 2-3 weeks post session. Once you have chosen your enlargement, this will be ordered and will arrive approx 1 week after ordering. Your images can be picked up via appointment or sent to you via Express post (tracking provided) for a fee of $25. NO poses can be guaranteed as I work with each individual baby on the day of your session, however a large variety of poses will be attempted and a maximum variety will be given to you. If there is a particular pose or image you really love, please let me know and I will try my hardest to get it for you. Images on USB will come in the form of 2 folders. One contains JPEGS (your high resolution images ready to print, enlarge etc). The second folder is WEB and contains web sized prints that may be placed on Social Media to be shared with family and friends. These images are watermarked with the Studio Create logo and are the only images to be shared on any form of social media. They must not be edited or cropped to remove the watermark. Studio Create retains the copyright and ownership of all images and has the right to make reproductions for commercial use and promotional purposes on any form of media unless previous discussion has been made in writing. The photographer is released from all claims and liability relating to these images. BONUS** Your blog sneak peek containing a couple of images from your session will be posted onto Facebook within 48 hours of the session time. You are welcome (and encouraged!) to share your sneak peek with friends and family. For every twenty comments on your blog sneak peek, you are entitled to one complimentary 12 x 8 matted, ready to frame extra enlargement.
