This gorgeous Mama to be is 34 weeks pregnant and came to see me for her maternity photos. I could hardly contain my excitement when I saw this vintage lace pregnancy gown. Every bit of it screamed Studio Create.

I can’t wait to meet these guys again in a few short weeks for their newborn shoot.

Providing beautiful, natural maternity photos and pregnancy photography for clients in Melbourne is what I do! As a neonatal nurse previously most recently at the Mercy Hospital for Women, I  have been around pregnant women my whole career. Scary to admit it, but its been 20 years!!! EEEEKKKKK!!!! I can’t believe I said that out loud.

But pregnancy and babies are in my blood, and photographing expectant women or pregnant mothers and families to be, for their Maternity Photos  is one of my favourite things to do, other than capture new life of course.

Until I became a mama myself, I didn’t realise just how amazing this time really is and how much you will come to love that bump even if it brings multiple trips to the loo, heartburn, morning sickness, swollen feet, etc.  It’s such a magical time, nurturing and growing new life.  I cherish my pregnancy now, and absolutely love my maternity photos, so can’t wait to capture yours.

I love cute new dad’s to be and how they look at that belly, anticipation, wonderment, probably thank god it’s not me more than anything!!!!!! And the tenderness of couples together at this special time is wonderful and I love capturing it, there really is a such an intimate and wonderful connection between expectant couples at their Maternity Photo session.

I also love more than anything, really showing these mamas to be just how beautiful they really are, and how gorgeous their growing bump is.   Maternity Photos should be for everyone, you will never look this radiant again in your lifetime and you will never ever get it back again. xxx
