  • Thankyou for choosing Studio Create to capture some wonderful memories for you this Christmas. I can't wait to create some beautiful images for you.

    This booking form together with your booking deposit/session fee secures a family xmas/portrait mini session with Studio Create. A non-refundable $40 deposit is required to confirm your session date. This non-refundable deposit/session fee can be made by internet bank transfer. Please note down these bank transfer details as follows so you can make the deposit:

    For this fee you receive a 15 minute sitting and styled session of a christmas setting for the children and a family portrait sitting for all of you on a neutral backdrop. You also receive a complimentary 5 x7.5 inch enlargement of your choice from the session with this fee.
    You may then choose to purchase the entire package of images which is 8 digital high-resolution images (a mixture from the 2 sets) for a cost of $130. These 8 final edited images will be shown to you on an online gallery for your choosing. The cost of this package is $130. The images are all high-resolution and will be delivered to you after purchase via the online file server DROPBOX (a secure email protected file sharing service)

    There is also the option to purchase **NEW** Magnetic Christmas Cards from this session for a fee of $25 for 10 gorgeous cards, $40 for 20 or 30 for $50 or 50 cards for $75. I will have some examples of these on display at the shoot and at daycare. These are fully customised with your family details. Once editing is complete, your images will be placed in an online gallery for viewing and from there you can choose the image to be printed for your enlargement. Please do so within 7 days so I can order your enlargement for you.

    *** NOTE*** Images are chosen by Studio Create to keep costs reasonable for you. I have found Editing of large numbers of images is not only time consuming for me (which has to drive costs up for you) it is often too overwhelming for clients to choose. I want clients to have all of their best images and I ensure I pick you a great variety whilst making sure every edited image is of the highest standard (focus, lighting, facial expressions etc). My clients trust me to pick them the best.

    Edited images are generally available for viewing in the gallery at approximately 2 weeks post session. Once you have chosen your enlargement, images will be ordered and these will be ready for you a few days later.

    Joint copyright of the images will be provided to you on dropbox and you share the copyright to print, enlarge and enjoy at your leisure.
    If you purchase the digital images, they will come in the form of 2 folders. One contains JPEGS (your high resolution images ready to print, enlarge etc). The second folder is WEB and contains web sized prints that may be placed on Social Media to be shared with family and friends. These images are watermarked with the Studio Create logo and are the only images to be shared on any form of social media. They must not be edited or cropped to remove the watermark for any social sharing. All high-resolution digital files you receive for printing will contain no watermark and are able to be printed for you to enjoy at your leisure.

    Studio Create retains the copyright and ownership of all images and has the right to make reproductions for commercial use and promotional purposes on any form of media, unless mutual agreement has been made prior to the session to disallow this. The photographer is released from all claims and liability relating to these images.

    There is no pressure on your child/children to perform on the day, I am pretty relaxed with shooting and will try my best to make sure your child is happy and comfortable with the process. TIP**** Please bring a couple of favourite small toys for gaining attention on little ones these can assist to get those giggles and smiles happening and lovely eye contact with the camera. Please allow me to try to get these shots first and if I need your assistance I will definitely ask. Often children will look for their familiar faces and it can be difficult with many people commanding their attention. I will guide you through this on the day, but please trust me to get you great images. Please also make sure they are well fed prior to your session time (hungry children = unhappy children) and maybe bring a favourite snack for bribery if needed xxx Please also talk to your kids about how exciting it will be to have a look at some gorgeous animals with their photos and how nice the photographer is 😉
