  • Congratulations and THANKYOU for choosing Studio Create to capture these precious images of your family. I'm honoured to be part of this, and can't wait to meet you all.

    This booking form together with your booking deposit secures a full family session with Studio Create. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to confirm your session. This of course comes off your package pricing due on the day of your shoot. (1) ONE reschedule due to emergency/illness is acceptable due to extenuating circumstances ONLY. Please be aware, I cannot allow sick children into my studio for the protection of the newborns I regularly photograph. Also children with gastro in the past 24 hours, current conjunctivitis or current cold sores are not permitted for the same reason.

    In the days leading up to your session, you will be sent a preparation info document. This has the studio address and tips and tricks to get the best images on the day. There is also a simple guide of what to wear if you are unsure.

    The remaining cost of the HEARTSTRINGS, family session is $295 ($495 minus deposit) payable at your session. For this fee, you will receive Studio Create's time and expertise, editing of ten (10) high-resolution digital files on USB (these are your best images chosen by Studio Create), all 10 images professionally printed at 5 x7.5 inch enlargements, and a 10 x 8 inch matted, ready to frame enlargement at an 11 x 14 final size (with mat).

    *** NOTE*** Images are chosen by Studio Create to keep costs reasonable for you. I have found Editing of large numbers of images is not only time consuming for me (which has to drive costs up for you) it is often too overwhelming for clients to choose. I want clients to have all of their best images and I ensure I pick you a great variety whilst making sure every edited image is of the highest standard (focus, lighting, facial expressions etc). My clients trust me to pick them the best.

    Edited images are generally available for viewing in a secure online gallery at approximately 2-3 weeks post session. Once editing is complete, your images will be placed in an online gallery via DROPBOX for viewing and from there you can choose the image to be printed for your enlargement. Please do so within 7 days so I can order your enlargement for you. Once you have chosen your enlargement, this will be printed and will be ready for collection approx 1 week after ordering. Your images can be picked up via appointment or sent to you via Express post (tracking provided) for a fee of $25.

    Please send me any ideas of images you love prior to your session. I'm happy to work with you to create you a gallery of images you love and that you will be proud to display in your family home.

    Images on USB will come in the form of 2 folders. One contains JPEGS (your high resolution images ready to print, enlarge etc). The second folder is WEB and contains web sized prints that may be placed on Social Media to be shared with family and friends. These images are watermarked with the Studio Create logo and are the only images to be shared on any form of social media. They must not be edited or cropped to remove the watermark.

    Studio Create retains the copyright and ownership of all images and has the right to make reproductions for commercial use and promotional purposes on any form of media unless previous discussion has been made in writing. The photographer is released from all claims and liability relating to these images.
    As the client you have permission to use the images for your personal use, however all commercial uses must be agreed to in writing by Studio Create and remunerated at current commercial rates.
